Activity:
A small-scale survey was completed but the college was more concerned about their consumption movements particularly concerning times when the college was quiet.
Analysis was completed following the installation of smart metering, which highlighted some major out of hours activity.
Observations:
Eventually, smart meters will be installed across the UK; indeed P272 is coming bu which all large non-half-hourly meters will need to be "settled" on a half-hourly basis.
It is possible that bottom-line costs will rise as a result.
